Meet The Team

Jack Shulenberger

Jack has developed a strong understanding of whitetail behavior and land stewardship with over 18 years of hunting and hands-on experience in the field.

With a background in Forestry and Ecosystem Management from Penn State, he built a solid foundation in habitat dynamics, timber management, and sustainable land practices.

Jack combines formal education with real-world application to deliver a disciplined, results-driven approach to land and habitat management. His work is focused on creating well-designed properties that function effectively in real-world conditions and produce consistent, measurable results.

Logan Shulenberger

Logan brings a lifelong passion for hunting and a sharp eye for detail to every property. With over 20 years of hunting experience, his ability to read terrain, movement, and subtle changes in habitat plays a key role in building practical, effective strategies.

As a former 160th Special Operations Aviation Officer and current Pennsylvania National Guard Aviator, discipline, decision-making, and leadership, are part of his daily work. That experience carries over into how he approaches land management. Thoughtful, precise, and results-driven.

Logan’s approach is rooted in quiet confidence: understanding the land, making intentional decisions, and delivering results without unnecessary complexity.
